How do we quote and work?
We look at the roof first. We then send a written quote that sets out the work, the materials we expect to use and anything that is not included. If hidden problems could change the job, the quote says how they would be handled. You decide in your own time.
On site, we tell you what we find and show you photos where we can. We ask you to check any insurance, licences or accreditation of any roofer you hire, us included, and to compare more than one quote. Weather can move dates, and we will be upfront about it.
